What services do you offer?

Are support groups the same as group therapy?

2

No. While led by one of our licensed clinicians, our support groups are designed to facilitate connection between the participants. We will provide structure and a safe container to explore topics relevant to your experience; but our goal is to help you feel a belonging with others. Group therapy, on the other hand, explores specific therapy modalities and encourages processing between group members of the relational dynamics that arise within the meetings.

How do I choose between a support group and a workshop?

3

We welcome you to connect with us so that we can share more about our offerings and find the right fit for you. You are welcome to join both a support group and attend (multiple) workshops.
