We are a team of female therapists, dedicated to the wellness of women and families across the lifespan.
Meet Kristin
In a world that is increasingly artificial, Kristin places emphasis on the authentic. She has over 12 years of experience in perinatal mental health and believes that within each of us lies the inherent capacity to:
address wounds from our past,
cultivate peace in the present,
and face challenges in our future.
Kristin has a deep reverence for the transformational power of what the reproductive years can bring, for all members of the immediate family. She integrates experiential and attachment frameworks to help couples and families thrive. Ultimately, her goal is to help clients approach change and challenge with conscious awareness and empowerment. She's excited to come alongside you during a season of growth!
Meet Alexis
Alexis believes that relationship is essential to healing. But relationship is also so often the source of significant pain. Because of both of these truths, she is committed to creating a reverential and nurturing relationship with each of her clients. Her intention is to support you in cultivating qualities of respect, safety, and compassion within your relationship with yourself and with those around you. In private practice, Alexis works with women and couples navigating fertility challenges, perinatal loss and trauma, and the identity shifts inherent to parenthood. She is trained in EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, yoga and somatic psychotherapy. With the WMHC she leads support groups for pregnant and postpartum moms, and teaches somatic workshops for emotion regulation.
Meet Jen
Jen specializes in supporting women through the seasons of life that tend to go unspoken. In private practice, Jen works with new and expecting moms facing postpartum anxiety and depression and the identity shifts of early parenthood—the parts that can feel isolating even when surrounded by support. She also works with women navigating midlife, including perimenopause, mood changes, and the caregiving demands that often arrive all at once. Jen has advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health and Mood Disorders, Peri/Menopausal Mental Health, and Internal Family Systems, and brings warmth, curiosity, and real-life perspective to her work. As part of the WMHC, Jen offers psychoeducational workshops for parents of teenagers and women navigating perimenopause.
